CANCELLATION FEE

PERSONAL HEALTH AND CANCELLATION INSURANCE

Golf Holidays France strongly recommends that you purchase an additional travelers insurance to supplement your existing health insurance in the event of a medical emergency, lost luggage, or any other unforeseen trip-related event. You are solely responsible for purchasing such insurance. There are no refunds for arriving late or departing early from a trip, nor for any meals or services not used while on tour.

If your reason for canceling is because of events beyond your control (e.g. illness, death of a close relative) you may transfer your booking to another party provided that you give us reasonable notice to make such arrangement and that you and the transferee agree to be liable for any outstanding payment under the contract.

VISA AND PASSEPORTS

It is the responsibility of each traveler to verify that they have the appropriate travel documents. Golf Holidays France cannot be held liable for any expenses and costs arising from failure to get entry into a country.

TRIP CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

Golf Holidays France reserves the right to make changes to your trip and / or may cancel your trip in certain circumstances. Ex: if the safety of the quality of the trip is deemed to be compromised. It is highly unlikely that we would cancel a trip but in that event you will receive a full refund. However we will not reimburse you for personal expenses such as hotel, airline tickets and train reservation due to changes in itineraries or trip cancellations. In case of a natural disaster or civil unrest, which would force us to cancel a trip, you will receive a full refund.

The hotels, golf courses and visits indicated are subject to availability according to the clients traveling times. In case there are no more rooms available in the hotels listed on our website we will replace those by hotels of the same standards.

In addition Golf Holidays France reserves the right to accept or reject any participant, to expel any person from the trip, whenever deemed necessary for the comfort and enjoyment of other guests

RESERVATION

In order to reserve one of our golf holiday we require a deposit of 30% of the trip value (50% non refundable). The balance of your payment is due 90 days prior to departure. Payments can be made by visa, mastercard, amex on our website or you can contact us and will give you our bank account information so that you can arrange with your bank to transfer the funds directly into our company account.

Golf Holidays France charges a single supplement to individual travelers who wish to ensure that they have private rooms throughout a trip. (Single supplements are considered part of the trip price and are subject to cancellation fees ).

PRIVACY

Your privacy is important to us. However Golf Holidays France is required to collect personal information (such as passport details, drivers license information) in order to plan your vacation. We appreciate the sensitive nature of this information and will not share it with third parties (other than as required for hotel as a part of your vacation) without your express written permission. By signing this agreement and or providing your initial deposit, you are consenting to Golf Holidays France collecting and using your personal information as required to plan your vacation and provide you with proper services.

HEALTH

By signing this agreement and / or sending us your initial deposit you certify that you do not have any physical conditions or disabilities that would create a hazard for you or other travelers and that you have received all appropriate vaccination and inoculations. Golf Holidays France strongly recommends that you consult with a qualified doctor and undertake a full physical exam before traveling with us.

PLAYING GOLF

The client acknowledges having the necessary golf skills for playing on the programmed courses. The client plays golf on the course solely under his own responsibility towards others and equipment. Golf Holidays France cannot be held responsible if the golf course cannot be used because of weather conditions or a tournament organized by the golf club. Golf Holidays France cannot be held responsible if there is litigation between the client and the golf club in case of theft, loss or damage of equipment.

It is required that all golfers carry a current handicap certificate as an increasing number of courses require visiting players to be a member of a golf club. In some cases, certain maximum handicap restrictions apply.

EXPENSES

Golf Holidays France is not liable for expenses such as hotels, meals or transportation that are necessary to get to and from the trip start or end unless noted otherwise.

RISKS LIMITATION OF LIABILITY, RELEASE AND INDEMNITY

By signing this release form or providing a deposit, I hereby acknowledge that Golf Holidays France may involve physically demanding activity and that there is the risk of serious personal injury, including permanent disability and death from accidents, illness or the actions and negligence of other persons. I understand that medical facilities and services may not be easily accessible. I further acknowledge and assume all other risks including but not limited to theft, loss of or damage to property and that some services provided such as lodging, transportation, local guides, activities are obtained from independent suppliers over whom Golf Holidays France has no control and cannot be held responsible for their actions or their failure to act. I agree to release and save harmless Golf Holidays France and release them from all liability for economic loss and physical or mental injury, direct or indirect, arising in connection with the trip - including, without limitation, permanent disability and death; any emotional distress; any loss of services, financial support, aid, consortium or companionship; and any damage to or loss of property – in each case even if caused in whole or in part by the conduct, including the negligence, of Golf Holidays France except where such loss, injury or damage is caused by reckless or fraudulent conduct on the part of Golf Holidays France or its employees. I acknowledge that the cost of all Golf Holidays France trip is based upon participants executing the agreement. Therefore, as lawful consideration for being permitted to participate on such trip(s), I hereby release and discharge forever Golf Holidays France from and against any and all liability arising from my participation in this trip. I agree that this release shall be legally binding upon me personally, and legally binding upon all members of my family, heirs, successors, assigns, and legal representatives. I agree to indemnify and save harmless Golf Holidays France in respect of any claims arising in connection with its trips.

The term “Golf Holidays France“ refers to DIGNGO S.A.R.L. a company incorporated in Switzerland. Any claim, litigation or dispute arising out of or relating to this agreement, this limitation of liability, release and indemnity or its interpretation, the trip, or the traveler’s relationship with DIGNGO will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Switzerland and will be governed exclusively by Swiss law.
